Free Shipping?

We’re thrilled to offer free shipping to all customers located in the United States and Canada. Alaska, Hawaii, and the Canadian Territories are an exception. There is no minimum spend required to receive free shipping, it applies to all orders made through gomayne.com. There are no hidden fees, the total price you see in your shopping cart is the final price. Our free shipping applies to standard shipping only. It does not include expedited shipping.

Need to return your item?

No problem. We’re happy to provide free shipping on returns as long as it’s within 30 days of purchase, the item unused, and in its original packaging.

How will my order ship?

If you’re a customer based out of the United States, your order will ship with FedEx.

Canadian customers can expect their orders to ship with UPS.

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information letting you know that the item is now on the way.

US customers, you will receive your invoice and tracking number within 5-7 business days.

Canadian customers, you will receive your invoice and tracking number within 5-7 business days.
